The sooner, the better! We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for larger events or busy seasons (Spring). But if you’re in a pinch, reach out—we’ll always do our best to squeeze you in!

Yes, we do! A retainer is required to reserve your date and lock in your spot on our calendar. It helps us plan ahead and gather all the goodies we need for your setup. The remaining balance is due three days prior to your event date.
Indoor balloon setups in the AC can last weeks!
Outdoor installations typically last 24–48 hours due to weather exposure.
Absolutely! 🌤️ Just keep in mind that Mother Nature can be a bit unpredictable—things like sun, wind, or rain can affect how long your balloons last. We use the best materials and add extra love to help them hold up, but they’re still a bit delicate outside. If you have a shady spot or a covered area, even better! We’ll work with you to make sure your setup looks amazing and lasts as long as possible.
We sure do! We’ll take care of everything—from delivery to setup—so you can focus on the fun. Free delivery within 10 miles of Weston Lakes, TX. Delivery fees vary by location if your event is over 10 miles.
It depends on the size and style of your setup, but most installations take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Bigger or more detailed designs might take a little longer—but don’t worry, we’ll schedule plenty of time to make everything just right. We always aim to be in and out quickly, while still making it look amazing!

We can! Takedown service is available for an additional fee—just let us know when you book, and we’ll make sure it’s all taken care of.
Life happens, we totally get it! If you need to cancel or postpone, a Pop Duo Balloons credit will be issued and can be applied to a future event within 12 months. Retainer fee is non-refundable.
